Welcome to the Compensation & HRIS Department website. We are responsible for developing and establishing compensation practices and guidelines that help ensure fair and equitable pay structures for all employees throughout Broward County Public Schools (BCPS), and which align with the District's strategic goals. We also provide assistance with analyzing and evaluating BCPS job descriptions to ensure we attract ideal candidates and retain qualified employees. In addition, we maintain the BCPS job description database which is conveniently located on our website and easily accessible to all employees and visitors.

New Performance Pay Salary Schedules
For Teachers and Administrators
Broward County Public Schools introduced two new salary schedules for teachers and administrators beginning July 1, 2014.
Eligible teachers and school-based administrators may voluntarily "opt in" to ACCESS & ACCEL each year.
The 2018 - 2019 Election Window dates are as follows:
May 1, 2018 through May 31, 2018.
Please note that voluntary elections submitted through May 31, 2018, take effect on July 1, 2018, with the start of the 2018 - 2019 school year.
